A white-label partner for the flexible-let side of your book

Your clients want short lets. Building that operation is not your business. We run it behind your brand, or give you the platform to run it yourself.

Your brand

The client relationship stays with you

A white-label operation means your owners get the flexible-let option without being handed to somebody else. The work happens behind your name, and the instruction stays on your book.

The challenge

Short lets sit outside a traditional remit

Owners increasingly expect a flexible-let option. Delivering one means technology, distribution and 24/7 guest operations that a lettings business does not carry.

No short-let infrastructure

No PMS, no channel connectivity, no guest operation to build on.

Client expectations

Owners ask for short lets and go elsewhere when the answer is no.

Compliance exposure

Short lets carry obligations that a standard managed let does not.

Distribution gap

Listing well across OTAs and corporate channels is a specialist job.

How we address it

One team across the whole value chain

A white-label operation that sits behind your brand, so your clients get the flexible-let option and the relationship stays yours.

Behind your brand

A white-label operation your owners never need to see, with the instruction staying yours.

Infrastructure you can borrow

Platform, channel connectivity and out-of-hours guest cover, without building any of it.

Compliance carried

Short-let obligations handled and evidenced, so the exposure does not land on your business.

Distribution you do not run

OTAs, corporate channels and the GDS, reached through the right brand for each let.

Without rebuilding

You do not need to build a short-let business to offer one

The platform, channel connectivity, guest operations and out-of-hours cover already exist. Plugging into them is faster than hiring for them, and reversible if the demand does not hold.

Common questions

Property Managers & Agents, answered

What managers and agents ask before putting a white-label partner behind their book. If yours is not here, just ask.

Do we lose the client relationship?

No. We work white-label behind you. The landlord relationship, the contract and the billing stay with you.

How does the commercial arrangement work?

A revenue share on the flexible side of the book, so there is no fixed cost to carry if volumes are low in a given month.

How long does it take to go live?

Typically six to eight weeks from agreement to first booking, depending on how many units are in the first phase and how much is already in place. Onboarding, systems configuration and standards setup run in parallel rather than in sequence.

Who employs the on-site team?

That depends on the service model. Under Fully Managed the operation is ours end to end. Under Technology-Led your team stays in place and runs on our platform. Hybrid splits it, usually with your team on site and ours on distribution and revenue.

What happens to the units we already have let?

Nothing. Existing tenancies are unaffected and continue on their current terms. Flexible inventory is normally introduced on voids and new units first, so nothing has to be disturbed to start.

How is performance reported?

A single monthly pack covering occupancy, rate, revenue and guest feedback across every unit, with a live dashboard in between. One report for the whole portfolio rather than one per brand or channel.
