Our aparthotel, 3 Sloane Gardens in partnership with Cadogan Estates, is one of the highest performing properties in their portfolio. We are leading the way in connecting the short-term rental sector with the Multifamily sector who are seeing flexible lettings as a critical component of maximising their income.
Hospiria
Hospiria is the only product on the market providing a single system for operators to distribute and manage their portfolios, bringing together lots of disparate tech systems natively in one platform. Having had decades of property management experience ourselves, we created our in-house technology to aggregate everything a property manager needs in one single system. It’s this first-hand experience that makes Hospiria so powerful and innovative. Notably, we are now the exclusive platform for short-term rental companies to access the market in Oman.
